Ancestral Wounds and Healing

Our wonderful ancestors could be calling us to heal some toxic patterns in our life which was passed down through the generations. In my own life, as I got older and completed years of healing and training I still felt like I was carrying around some old baggage and it was irritating me in my daily life. Manifesting my dreams became still difficult because I was holding onto beliefs about lack and limitation, being worthy of great success, and how people would see me. After a couple of sessions with a great psychic I could speak to my ancestors and we talked about these issues. Each day working through these beliefs and changing my thoughts around them I felt lighter and my courage grew. I wasn't as irritated and understood why this beliefs were there and how to shift them. I was amazed that ancestral energy could be held so tightly in my own subconscious.
